Welcome to TG Metal Work! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our services. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services & Orders

  • All services (e.g., cutting, welding, fabrication) are subject to material availability and project feasibility.

  • Custom orders require detailed specifications, and changes after approval may incur additional costs/delays.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for projects violating safety/legal standards.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

  • A 50% deposit is required to commence work (non-refundable for canceled custom orders).

  • Final payment is due upon completion before delivery/installation.

  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest fee.

4. Delivery & Turnaround Time

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to material shortages, labor delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Clients must inspect goods upon delivery and report defects within 48 hours.

5. Liability & Warranty

  • We guarantee workmanship for 1 year (excludes damage from misuse, external factors, or unauthorized modifications).

  • TG Metal Work is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., project delays, lost profits) arising from our services.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

  • Refunds for non-custom orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

7. Safety & Compliance

  • Clients must provide accurate specifications; we are not liable for errors in provided designs.

  • Hazardous material handling must comply with local/OSHA regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Designs, models, and prototypes created by TG Metal Work remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in New York courts.

10. Amendments

TG Metal Work reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.
